Desktop Icons Rearrange Themselves With Lion

Here we go again. Upon restart, the desktop icons rearrange themselves as well documented here. OS X 10.7, Lion, which is now at 10.7.1 still has this issue. Hope 10.7.2 will resolve this issue.
